We take your privacy and the security of your information seriously, so any sensitive information we send by email is password protected. This means to open and view your documents you will enter a password.

Switching to email doesn’t impact or alter your policy in any way, just the way we deliver it to you. The important features of your policy you currently enjoy remain the same.

If you haven’t made the switch already and want to receive your policy communications via email, you can do so in one of the following ways:

Email us with your email address, Policy Number and date of birth, or
Call us on 1300 880 750.

By switching to email communications you voluntarily consent and agree for Insuranceline and the TAL group of companies ('we' or 'us' collectively or singularly/separately where the context requires) to send policy correspondence to you via email. Any sensitive information we send you via email will be password protected and we will provide instructions in the email on how to open and view your documents.
