ABOUT THE INSURANCELINE BONUS 10% LOYALTY REWARD OFFER
InsuranceLine is offering a BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward  to new InsuranceLine Life Insurance customers upon their purchase of a new Life Insurance policy only under these terms of offer.  InsuranceLine is a trading name of TAL Direct Pty Limited ABN 39 084 666 017 AFSL 243260 of Level 16, 363 George Street, Sydney, NSW, 2000.  The following terms and conditions apply to the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward.

1.          HOW THE BONUS 10% LOYALTY REWARD OFFER WORKS

1.1        The InsuranceLine BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward commences for new InsuranceLine customers only on, 1 November 2015 at 00:01 AM (AEDT) and concludes 18 December 2015 at 23:59 PM (AEDT) (the “Offer Period”).

1.2       Eligible customers will receive a BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward (“the Gift”) .

1.3        To receive a Gift, the customer must take out a Life Insurance policy with a Commencement date between 1 November 2015 and 18 December 2015.

1.4       This offer is made solely by InsuranceLine. The insurer issuing the insurance policy is not responsible for any aspect of this BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward. Prizebrokers Pty Limited is responsible for the administration and fulfilment of this offer.

1.5       The Offer Period may be extended by InsuranceLine, in which case, a new or revised set of terms and conditions will be published on the website www.insuranceline.com.au/loyaltyreward.

1.6       This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer.

1.7        InsuranceLine reserves the right to revoke this offer at any time. 

2.          OFFER ELIGIBILITY

2.1       Australian residents who have not held an InsuranceLine Life Insurance y policy who are eligible to take out and be covered under a new InsuranceLine Life Insurance policy for themselves and/or another eligible adult are eligible for this offer.

2.2       Information provided to InsuranceLine may be used for the purposes of providing insurance cover, administering this BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward and for making future marketing offers unless you tell us otherwise.  Information is collected and may be used by InsuranceLine in accordance with its Privacy Policy which is available at www.InsuranceLine.com.au

2.3       To be eligible to receive the Gift the person must have held the policy for 12 consecutive months and paid the relevant premiums in full for those 12 months.

2.4       Employees and their immediate families of InsuranceLine, the insurers, agencies, companies and related bodies corporate associated with the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward are eligible to enter by complying with these terms and conditions.

2.5        InsuranceLine accepts no responsibility for any late, lost or misdirected BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward enquiries, including enquiries not received by InsuranceLine or delays in the delivery of enquiries due to technical disruptions, network congestion or for any other reason.

2.6        Incomplete, non-genuine and incomprehensible enquiries will be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of InsuranceLine and ineligible for the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward.

2.7       The BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward is not open to existing InsuranceLine Life Insurance customers or policyholders.

2.8       Participating products include Life Insurance only.

3.         OFFER REDEMPTION

3.1       Having qualified for the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward as set out in Part 2, the primary Policy Owner of each new Life Insurance policy issued with a Policy Commencement Date during the Offer Period will receive the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward, in the form of a cheque that will be mailed out to the address of the primary policy owner within 28 days of the one year anniversary date of the policy.  

3.2       The “Policy Commencement Date” is the date cover commences under a policy as specified in the Policy Schedule sent to the primary Policy Owner as proof of the contract of insurance.

4.         FULFILMENT DETAILS

4.1       If, for any reason out of InsuranceLine’s control, the Gift becomes unavailable, another gift of similar value will be awarded in lieu.

4.2       In the event that a Gift recipient does not accept delivery of their Gift in accordance with any conditions of delivery notified to them at the time of redemption or does not cash the cheque within one year from the issue date of the cheque, then the Gift will be forfeited and cash will not be awarded in lieu.

4.3       InsuranceLine takes no responsibility for the Gift being damaged, lost, stolen or misdirected in transit.

 

5.            GENERAL CONDITIONS

5.1     The value of the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward Gift will be an amount equal to 10% of the total premiums paid during the 12 month period starting from the Policy Commencement Date.  The BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward is not a refund of premiums paid by the Policy Owner to the insurer.  The BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward is payable to the Policy Owner by Prizebrokers Pty Ltd and not the issuer of the product.

5.2       InsuranceLine reserves the right to request recipients of the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward to provide proof of identity, proof of residency at the nominated delivery address and/or proof of offer eligibility in order to claim the Gift.  Proof of identification, residency and eligibility considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of InsuranceLine.  In the event that suitable proof cannot be provided, the Gift will be forfeited in whole and no substitute offer will be made.

5.3       InsuranceLine reserves the right to disqualify anyone who tampers with the offer eligibility process, who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who has, in InsuranceLine’s opinion, engaged in conduct in entering the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward which is fraudulent, misleading, deceptive, or generally damaging to the goodwill or reputation of InsuranceLine. 

5.4       If, for any reason, this BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward is not capable of running as planned, including due to computer technical failures; fraud; delays in fulfilling material obligations where such delay is due to industrial action, fire, flood, war, public disaster,  delay in transportation; or other causes beyond the control of InsuranceLine, which affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this offer, InsuranceLine reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward to the extent permissible by law.

5.5       InsuranceLine may cancel the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward at any time.

5.6       InsuranceLine reserves the right to change or substitute the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward or any part of the BONUS 10% Loyalty Reward at any time.

5.7       These terms and conditions are to be interpreted in accordance with the law of New South Wales.
