This note is for customers who were scheduled to make a premium payment on the 25/06/15.
We have been made aware of a processing issue with our bank NAB, which means your recent InsuranceLine payment may have been debited multiple times.
We are working as fast as we can to understand from NAB how quickly our InsuranceLine customers will be reimbursed. We expect all refunds to be processed by today, however because banks have different processing times, refunds may not be available to some customers until early in the week.
We can confirm that no further payments will be impacted by this issue as processing was immediately stopped by NAB as soon as we were made aware of this issue.
We're extremely sorry if you have had your bank accounts incorrectly debited and for any inconvenience this may have caused.
