Roy Morgan is one of Australia’s best known market research companies, and their Customer Satisfaction Awards are held in very high regard.
The awards are decided according to monthly customer satisfaction ratings collected from 50,000 surveys from Australian consumers. The winner for the calendar year is the organisation that has achieved the most months with a number one ranking in customer satisfaction within their category. Insuranceline was the number one ranked brand in the category of Risk & Life Insurer for 10 months of 2018.
