The Pet Health Plan provides financial protection for vet bills incurred by the insured Pet as a result of an Accidental Injury or Illness (depending on the level of cover selected).
The Pet Health Plan provides cover for up to 80% of vet expenses and allows the policy owner to use the services of any registered vet practitioner in Australia.
There is an initial Waiting Period, an Excess (if you have chosen this option) and Benefit Limits. Full details of the cover provided, including those events and circumstances which are excluded, are specified in the PDS and Policy Terms and Conditions. In many cases, Pet Health Plan will pay accepted claims within 48 hours of receiving claim requirements.
