Step 2: Submit the completed claim form within 60 days of your pet receiving treatment. Your vet must complete a section of the form.
Step 3: Once your completed claim form is received, your claim will be processed and payment will be made to the policyholder either by cheque or direct deposit into a nominated account. In some cases veterinary records may be requested to assist in understanding some aspect of your claim to ensure it is processed correctly and fairly.
