Make a Bill Relief claim

We know how stressful it can be when an illness, injury or sudden redundancy stops you from living life as usual. We’ll do everything we can to make things as easy as possible.

To make a Bill Relief claim, follow these simple steps.

Step 1. Contact us
Call us on 13 77 87 us to let us know you’ll be making a claim. We will stop collecting premiums from you until the claim has been processed.

Step 2. Send us a claim form
Send us your completed sickness and injury claim form or redundancy claim form and supporting documents.

We will start assessing your claim immediately after we have received the required documents, and will contact you if we need any more information.

Step 3. Send us a progress form each month
To continue receiving payouts, you will need to send us a progress claim form every month that you are unable to work or perform your usual duties. You won’t need to do this for Express Payout claims.
